This tour is guided by trail inventor Sam Correro so you can be assured of seeing everything that this adventure offers. This ride is fast becoming one of the most sought after trail rides in America. The Trans Am trail extends for 9 states across the USA. With this tour we introduce you to the mountain sections of Colorado and the scenic areas of eastern Utah. This tour rewards those looking for awe inspiring landscapes and trail riding adventure.
The Trans America Trail is a route using dirt, gravel, jeep, forest and farm roads. Throughout the ride you will drop down into dried up creek beds, navigate atop abandoned railroad grades and roost through sections of mud, sand, snow and rocks. It's all there and destined for the dual sport rider. Be one of the first to ride this storied trail with Sam Correro as your personal tour guide. View the interactive map and the video
Sam Correro says, "For years I passionately pursued my goal of charting a coast-to-coast, off-pavement motorcycle adventure. I studied reams of maps and surveyed thousands of miles to create what I believe is one great trip. Over time, I began to realize that a lot of people share my interests."
The TAT, starting in Tellico Plains, Tennessee and extending to Port Orford, Oregon was 12 years in the making and covers 9 states across the U.S.A. Dual sport riders have been hearing about this trail for years and we are proud to be working with Sam Correro and his Trans Am Trail to make this tour a possibility. So, pack up, gear up and join us on this tour. With over 4,977 total miles of trail you might just get hooked and come back again and again. River Pilot Tours - "Come Along For The Ride"
